LPG GAS HOSE 8.00mm (ORANGE)

I ordered 3m of this hose online. Then a few days later I get this email:

"Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, we cannot supply the item you ordered so we’ll have to credit your money back into your account.

I apologise for the inconvenience. Please send us your bank account details or give us a call so we can credit that for you.
Kind Regards,
Kepueli."

Pretty hopeless when you consider I paid on credit card, if you have no stock (?) set your stock to zero so as not to waste clients valuable time.
